BOLD BY DESIGN accepts Visa, MasterCard, and most major credit cards. Payment is made through a secure gateway when you place your order, and your card is billed at the time of purchase. We value your privacy and will not share your information with others for any reason.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact customer service at info@boldbydesign.ca. Item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds/reimbursements are always made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for such credit to appear on your credit card statement.

BOLD BY DESIGN uses Canada Post to ship products within Canada. Shipping fees vary based on size and weight of package. With alternative expedited shipping methods offered to Canada based customers, quoted pricing is based on the weight of the entire order.

All standard orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order. If the merchandise was damaged in transit, please report it immediately to the customer support team to arrange a return and reissue the order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, however our customer support team will attempt to assist you locate lost packages whenever possible.
